BIG MISTAKE...LITTLE MISTAKE

Why did some people or let say  most of us do mistakes in the expense of others? I’m not talking about big mistakes but just those simple little mistakes that we commit everyday and yet it bring big impact to the lives of others. Why don’t we be sensitive enough to the impact of those mistakes we created? One example I can share with you is the problem this typing office people gave us. I was applying for a new visa for already been 3 weeks. Their job is so simple, they have to type the information of the applicant on their system and counter check it with documents attached. Just a simple like that yet they failed to do so. They typed one wrong passport number and when I complained about it but they told me “Mafi mushkila” (no problem) but look what kind of problem they created, the application was not approved until now and I have to make those amendment again and again. We are wasting too much time and money for that matter aside for the big fine that we have to suffer. Not only that they are not the one who will be scolded every time the boss asked for an update.

It same goes with our journey with God we do things that we think that it is just too little to get noticed. But didn’t we know that it will create big impact to the lives of those people we have contact with. Whether it is in word or in action we are all accountable for that. No mistakes are little or big with God, they are all mistakes just like sin. We cannot justify or pin point other person for the fault we committed and let them to suffer or blame them for that happened to us. We should face the consequences of our action. And from there we should learn our lessons.

But the good thing is that we don’t have to pay for a big fine, because JESUS already paid all for us. When He died on the cross, he assures us by saying “Mafi mushkila”…IT IS FINISHED….

Have a blessed week everyone and may the coming Lenten Season reminds us the great sacrifice our Lord and Savior done for us. His death and His resurrection is our assurance of an eternal life that is waiting for us.
